DIY WEDDING FLOWER PLANNER
Combine your own bouquet and centerpiece recipes into one shopping list. Calculate stems, whole bunches, extra stems and estimated flower cost using your supplier's pack sizes.
The calculator needs JavaScript. If it does not load, the calculation guide below is still available.
This fictional example explains the math, not how to design a bouquet. Four bouquets using 7 stems each and ten table arrangements using 5 stems each need 78 stems of the same flower. With a chosen 10% allowance, round 85.8 up to 86 stems. If your supplier sells 25-stem bunches at $32 per bunch, buy 4 bunches (100 stems) for $128. That leaves 14 stems beyond the allowance-adjusted plan.
For each flower: recipe stems × (1 + allowance ÷ 100), rounded up → divide by stems per bunch, rounded up → multiply by price per bunch.
Matching names are combined across arrangements, ignoring capitalization and repeated spaces. Use different names for different varieties, colors or supplier products that must be ordered separately. Renaming a flower does not transfer its old pack settings; check the new row.
Only the flower and greenery bunches you enter. Containers, tools, floral supplies, delivery, tax and labor are not included. Currency changes the display label; it does not convert prices. Use one currency for the whole plan.
Inputs stay in this browser on this device, with no account or upload. Clearing browser storage can erase the plan; it does not sync to another browser or device. Keep a printed copy of the shopping list. “Reset sample” replaces the current plan after confirmation.
This tool performs shopping math. It does not recommend flower varieties, bouquet sizes, care, seasonality or ordering dates, and it does not place orders. Confirm your recipes and supplier details before buying.
